Author's take
It's so wonderful to have women like Deepa Malik in our nation. Plagued by a spinal cord surgery in 1999 which left her paralysed, life has never been the same for Deepa but she sure knows how to make the most of odds. Undaunted by the challenges of life and age, she continues to battle and win. She is a true inspiration for everyone, winning laurels far and above.
