3 Things Jamie Hayter should do on AEW Dynamite this week
It was announced earlier today that former AEW Women's World Champion Jamie Hayter will be having a segment on tomorrow's edition of Dynamite. She will speak on some of the recent happenings in her career.
Following her long-awaited return at All In in August after more than a year, Hayter is someone who fans have been paying close attention to. Seeing as a lot has changed during her hiatus, she has been working on re-introducing herself to the rest of the roster. She has found herself with some roadblocks, but she has powered through all of them.
Currently, the promotion is on the road to both their Worlds End pay-per-view and Wrestle Dynasty in January which will feature the best talent from AEW, NJPW, CMLL, and STARDOM in action. Jamie Hayter has a chance to discuss her chances of appearing at the pay-per-view, and here are some more things that could happen tomorrow night.
#1. Jamie Hayter addresses her Julia Hart problem
Over the past few weeks, the British star has found herself dealing with Julia Hart, who has been hinting at going after her. On two separate occasions, Hart has interrupted her interviews or backstage segments, with vignettes teasing her return.
Last week on Dynamite, after Hayter scored a win against Queen Aminata, The Princess of the Black Throne made her presence felt once again. The lights went dim but Julia Hart was nowhere to be seen.
This week, Jamie Hayter could call her out for a face-to-face confrontation instead of her just lurking in the shadows. She may want to tackle the problem head-on instead of being conscious of an attack at a moment she doesn't expect.
#2. Speak about the International Women's Cup
The 29-year-old is one step away from qualifying for the International Women's Cup four-way match at Wrestle Dynasty as AEW's representative. She is currently waiting for the winner between Willow Nightingale and Serena Deeb's match this weekend on Collision.
She will then face the winner next week at Collision: Winter is Coming for a chance to be the promotion's representative at the crossover pay-per-view.
Tomorrow, she could address the situation and note how she was just one win away from making an appearance at the Tokyo Dome and facing some of the best in the world. Hayter could also reveal that she wants to keep a close eye on her possible competitor by being there in person for Willow and Deeb's match this Saturday.
#3. Call out Mariah May
Following Jamie Hayter's return at All In and Mariah May becoming the women's world champion that same night, fans have clamored for a match between the two British stars.
Hayter has a chance to earn a future world title shot if she ends up winning the International Women's Cup. If she ends up becoming AEW's representative and defeats the representatives of ROH, STARDOM, and CMLL, she'll have a chance to become the AEW Women's World Champion once more.
She could send out a stern warning to Mariah May as soon as now, seeing as she has a big chance of winning the entire tournament. The Glamour has recently made comments about running out of competition on the promotion, and Hayter may be the competition she is looking for.
The stakes are high for Jamie Hayter these next few weeks as she has a big chance of not only making her way to the Tokyo Dome but also becoming the woman on top in AEW. It remains to be seen whether anyone will stand in her way, with the likes of Julia Hart possibly striking at any moment.
