3 ways Tony Khan can punish The Elite on AEW Dynamite this week
On the April 24 edition of AEW's flagship show Dynamite, The Elite brutally attacked Tony Khan. They lured the AEW head into the ring by using Jack Perry as the bait.
A little while after he got into the ring, Jungle Boy punched him in the gut. This was followed by The Young Bucks humiliating the AEW CEO and putting him through a TK driver.
Khan's friends (Bryan Danielson, Darby Allin, Dax Hardwood, and Cash Wheeler) tried to avenge him at Double or Nothing but The Jackson Brothers, Kazuchika Okada, and Jack Perry came away victorious in the Anarchy in the Arena match.
The heel faction handed Khan a major embarrassment when they laid their hands on him. To exact revenge on his rivals, the AEW President can use several ways to punish them on this week's Dynamite. Let's discuss a few.
A fine on The Elite
Ever since the attack on Tony Khan, The Elite has been spreading chaos in the promotion. Being the EVPs of the company, Matthew and Nicholas Jackson have authoritative powers, which they have been misusing heavily.
Last month, they took advantage of their post and fired Christopher Daniels after they beat him and his tag team partner Matt Sydal in a tag team Eliminator match. They also attacked Kenny Omega when he returned to TV to address his health status in May.
The Bucks have been abusing their power in numerous ways lately. With Khan gradually taking the company's reins back, he might impose a heavy fine on his attackers for all their misdeeds.
No cheating for The Young Bucks
On the June 12 episode of Dynamite, it was announced that Tony Khan had set a match for Matthew Jackson and Nicholas Jackson. They are set to take on The Acclaimed in an eliminator match on the June 19 edition of the Wednesday night show.
If Max Caster and Anthony Bowens defeat the brothers, they will get a shot at the World Tag Team Championship.
As The Bucks are heels, there is a high possibility that they will try to cheat in the match. To prevent this Tony Khan could add a special stipulation to the match. It is also probable that TK might restart the bout if the heels use unfair means to secure a victory.
Trouble for Kazuchika Okada on AEW Dynamite
Just like The Young Bucks, Tony Khan has also scheduled a match with Kazuchika Okada. It was disclosed that the AEW Continental Champion will be in action on Dynamite this week. However, The Rainmaker's opponent was not revealed.
The AEW head honcho can use this opportunity to create trouble for Okada and choose his mystery opponent. He can select someone big and strong like Wardlow, who has a reputation for decimating his opponents inside the ring. It will be the perfect way to take his revenge and inflict pain on the champion.
