4 Things Jon Moxley must do on AEW Dynamite after recent title win

At AEW WrestleDream last weekend, Jon Moxley became the new AEW World Champion. It was recently announced that he will have a segment on Dynamite tomorrow.

The 38-year-old star not only ended Bryan Danielson's reign as the AEW World Champion but was also the reason for The American Dragon calling an end to his full-time career. To add insult to injury, Jon launched a post-match attack on an already banged-up Bryan.

Tomorrow night, Mox has the floor and he will have the chance to address everything surrounding him, his title, and the entire situation in AEW. Below are four things he could do during the segment.

#1. Explain the future of the AEW World Championship

After his win over Bryan Danielson, it seemed that Jon Moxley could not care less about the title, and he was after the symbolic win over The American Dragon.

The moment he was awarded the championship belt by the official, he handed it to Claudio Castagnoli and they placed it in a bag. He did not even acknowledge the title one bit.

Tomorrow, Jon could explain why he did this, and whether this means anything for the AEW World Championship. He could pull out a brand-new custom belt similar to Jack Perry, or this could be him simply showing that he does not care about it and that he only wanted to dethrone Bryan.

#2. Acknowledge the latest addition to his cause

At the AEW WrestleDream 2024 Pay-Per-View, Bryan Danielson received another heartbreak from his mentee, Wheeler Yuta. When the 43-year-old star was kicked out from the Blackpool Combat Club last month at All Out, only Yuta came to his aid.

Last weekend, it seems that he has finally gotten a grasp of the situation and has chosen to stand by his comrades in the Blackpool Combat Club, even at his mentor's expense. Jon Moxley could address his bold move and welcome him back home, as all disputes within the group have now been solved.

His faction now stands strong with five people, and it remains to be seen whether Yuta is the final addition to the group or whether someone else will join in his cause.

#3. Jon Moxley reveals who runs the show

From the beginning, Jon Moxley has hinted at wanting to take over the Tony Khan-led promotion. However, over the past few weeks, it seems that a higher authority may be pulling the strings.

Now that he has accomplished the goal of becoming the AEW World Champion and the top guy of the company, Jon can reveal all their plans and how this affects the future of AEW. He has previously mentioned something bigger than himself, and how his actions were not up to him alone.

Moxley could reveal that someone is managing the group from the shadows, and the mystery person could be Shane McMahon. He could also reveal that he has a secret partner in crime who has been the one helping him plan this entire takeover.

This could be someone like his former tag team partner, Sami Callihan. Mox filing for a trademark for their former tag team name "Switchblade Conspiracy" is a proof of this.

#4. Jon addresses those who want to dethrone him

Now that he is a four-time AEW World Champion, which is the most in the company's history, Jon Moxley has a huge target on his back.

One man on the roster has a guaranteed title shot, and he can use it at any moment. That would be Christian Cage. Mox could call him out and warn him against pulling anything on him. With the entire Blackpool Combat Club rallying by his side, it seems like a huge task for whoever wants to dethrone him.

With Full Gear taking place next month, Moxley's next challenger could confront him tomorrow night. Names such as Darby Allin, "Hangman" Adam Page, and even Swerve Strickland have expressed their intentions of going after the AEW World Championship sometime. It remains to be seen who ends up being the next in line for a title shot.

Over the past month and a half, Jon has been a man on a mission, and the chaos he has caused since his return has changed the landscape of AEW. Now that Mox is the top guy in the Tony Khan-led company, fans will have to tune in to see how this new era will go.
