3 ways Hologram could debut on AEW Collision this week
Around a week ago, AEW teased the arrival of someone on Collision. The clip featured a masked wrestler and also the writing Hologram in computer language.
In last week's edition of Collision episode, fans saw another vignette featuring Hologram. The clip hinted at the unknown entity's arrival, which will take place this week on Saturday show.
Here are three ways we believe Hologram could debut on Collision this week.
Tony Khan's secret team member
A new report by PWInisder stated that Tony Khan personally devised the new luchador character named Hologram. Speaking in an interview, the AEW head revealed that he is not the one behind the mask.
“I can confirm that was definitely not me in the mask. It’s somebody I’m excited for. Not necessarily teasing the biggest free agent signing or anything like that, but as a wrestler, we’re really excited about. It’s cool to use vignettes to get people excited about introducing somebody to AEW. It’s going to be something really cool and got people talking. We’ll have more of that. It’s fun,” he said.
Khan stated that he is excited for Hologram's arrival. This could mean that Khan has already decided his role upon his debut.
Team Elite and Team AEW will collide once again at Blood and Guts 2024. Khan's team is still short on people while Team Elite already has five full members. He could add Hologram as his secret team member for the upcoming PPV.
Squashes a jobber to make a statement
AEW has been hyping up the debut of Hologram for a couple of weeks now. Certainly, their arrival is going to cause commotion in the promotion. The fans could see them making a breathtaking entrance.
Moreover, they could pick a target and squash a jobber on the Saturday Night show to make a statement. Whatever it will be, it is sure to cause a big disturbance in Khan's roster.
Calls out the AEW International Champion Will Ospreay
Will Ospreay recently came out of a feud with Swerve Strickland. He has also left the Don Callis Family and is now on the path to start a new storyline. This could be a perfect moment to introduce Hologram and have the new arrival butt heads with The Aerial Assassin.
There is no doubt that Will Ospreay is a workhorse champion. He has been tirelessly working to earn his place among the elites of the promotion. At Collision this week, Hologram could call out Ospreay after his debut and ignite a feud with him, saying that he is fed up with Ospreay getting all the attention in the Jacksonville-based promotion.
According to some reports floating around on the internet, the person behind the masked man Hologram is an up-and-coming luchador Aramis. He was signed by the company a few months ago.
