AEW Dynamite Holiday Bash match card (December 17, 2024): Tag team reunited; new champion to be crowned?

AEW Dynamite Holiday Bash is stacked up with huge matches. After last week's blockbuster 'Winter Is Coming' special, Tony Khan is also looking to deliver a great show this Wednesday.

Last week, Jon Moxley's enemies failed to keep the pact as Orange Cassidy, Jay White, and Hangman Page turned on each other during a massive tag team contest. This week on Dynamite, the Death Riders will again look to enter the ring to dominate their opponents. Moxley, Cassidy, Page, and White will battle for the AEW World Championship at Worlds End pay-per-view.

Nick Wayne and Christian Cage will take on two reuniting stars. Samoa Joe, Hook, and Kastuyori Shibata teamed up a few months ago to take on Chris Jericho and his crew. However, Hook and Shibata didn't appear together recently. They will take on Patriarchy on Dynamite. Also, Anna Jay will take on Mercedes Mone for the TBS Championship as the former tries to win her first AEW title.

Take a look at the full match card for tomorrow's Dynamite below:

  • Will Ospreay vs. Darby Allin (Continental Classic - Gold League)
  • Shelton Benjamin vs. The Beast Mortos (Continental Classic - Blue League)
  • Mercedes Mone (c) vs. Anna Jay - TBS Championship match
  • The Patriarchy's Christian Cage and Nick Wayne vs. Hook and Kastuyori Shibata
  • Jon Moxley, PAC, and Wheeler Yuta vs. Jay White, Orange Cassidy, and Hangman Page

Nick Wayne sends a chilling message to his opponents ahead of AEW Dynamite

Christian Cage has mentored Nick Wayne for a long time. After their altercation last week, the duo will face Shibata and Hook.

Recently, on Twitter, The Prodigy claimed that he doesn't respect both his future opponents and that he will defeat the Cold-Hearted Handsome Devil.

"I once respected Shibata, until I surpassed him. I never respected HOOK, and I still don’t. Tomorrow and this Saturday will be the same outcome, I defeat HOOK," he wrote.

It will be interesting to see who picks up victory on Wednesday.
