After The Young Bucks, 5 stars who could walk away from AEW due to Jon Moxley and his allies
The Young Bucks walked away from AEW last week. They will be away from TV for a while now. They put their tag team championship on the line against Private Party on Fright Night Dynamite on October 30 and lost their titles. Later, they left the arena saying that they would be working from home henceforth.
They have made it clear that they don't want to meddle in Jon Moxley's business and have no desire to take part in the brewing war between the Blackpool Combat Club and AEW. Just like the EVPs, more stars could walk away from AEW because of the chaos and fear that Mox and his teammates have spread in the locker room.
#1. Orange Cassidy
Last week, Orange Cassidy stood up to Jon Moxley for attacking his friend Chuck Taylor a few weeks ago. He challenged the AEW World Champion to put his title on the line at Full Gear.
Given that The Purveyor of Violence has his entire BCC stable on command to take down the AEW locker room, dealing with one Orange Cassidy won't be that much of a problem. They could interfere in the title match at the upcoming event and help the champ retain his title.
The Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey where Full Gear will take place, might even witness Cassidy end up like Chuck Taylor, which would ultimately force him to walk away from AEW for his safety. Moxley could even ensure that The Freshly Squeezed Star never makes it to the title match.
#2, #3 & #4. Evil Uno, John Silver, Alex Reynolds
Jon Moxley has PAC, Claudio Castagnoli, Marina Shafir, and Wheeler Yuta on his side, but Orange Cassidy might not be alone. At Full Gear, he could get some aid from The Dark Order who have been on the receiving end of BCC's wrath.
If Mox's allies try to attack Cassidy in the upcoming weeks or interfere in the match at Full Gear, Evil Uno, John Silver, and Alex Reynolds might show up to help the challenger.
However, one can't say how successful they will be in their attempt to fight the BCC as their past record indicates that they have failed to withstand the heel stable. The BCC has already injured The Dark Order once, they could do it again but to a greater degree, forcing the group to retreat and walk away.
#5. Darby Allin
Darby Allin is one of the stars who has decided to join the babyfaces in the battle against Jon Moxley. This week on Dynamite, he will team up with Orange Cassidy to take on two-thirds of the World Trios Champions, Claudio Castagnoli and PAC.
The BCC can take this opportunity to take down Allin and ensure that he doesn't become a problem in their quest to take over the AEW locker room. Allin is quite resilient but still a human, who can be hurt. There are numerous tactics Mox can implement to force Allin to take flight.
