Former AEW champion to finally return and cost Saraya (fka Paige) at Grand Slam? Looking at the chances

A former AEW Women's World Champion could make her highly anticipated return this Wednesday on Dynamite: Grand Slam and cost Saraya (fka Paige) her match. The star has not been seen after her big loss last month.

The star in question is the former AEW Women's World Champion, Toni Storm. After holding it for several months, Storm lost her women's world title last month at the All In 2024 event after being defeated by Mariah May. The Timeless One is yet to make her TV return after her loss at Wembley last month.

Meanwhile, Dynamite: Grand Slam is set to take place this Wednesday and it could be the perfect stage for Storm to make her return. On the show this week, Saraya (fka Paige) is set to take on Jamie Hayter in a 'Saraya's rules' match. It could turn into a two-on-one match as Saraya also has her partner Harley Cameron with her.

Nonetheless, Toni Storm could make her unexpected return to help Hayter even the odds against Saraya and Harley Cameron. Storm and Saraya have a history with both being former members of The Outcasts faction and they later had fallout as well.

The two can revisit their history and begin a fresh feud more than a month after their last singles match on Dynamite. In their last match, Storm defeated Saraya ahead of All In 2024 to retain the AEW Women's World Title.

Saraya (fka Paige) claims a former AEW champion is obsessed with her

Saraya (fka Paige) recently took to X to claim that the former AEW Women's World Champion, Jamie Hayter, is obsessed with her in their ongoing feud. Saraya wrote the following in her post:

"She’s so obsessed with me, it’s creeping me out."

It remains to be seen what transpires in the 'Saraya's rules' match between the former WWE Divas Champion and Jamie Hayter this Wednesday.
