Former WWE King of the Ring to debut in AEW as MJF's enforcer at Worlds End? Exploring the chances
A former WWE King of the Ring winner could make his AEW debut at the upcoming Worlds End Pay-Per-View as MJF's enforcer. Max's opponent has already announced his enforcers for the match.
At the AEW Worlds End on December 28, Adam Cole will take on Maxwell Jacob Friedman for the Dynamite Diamond Ring. This week on Dynamite: Holiday Bash, Cole announced that he will have Matt Taven and Mike Bennett as his enforcers. To counter that, MJF could bring in former WWE Superstar Baron Corbin as his enforcer.
The former King of the Ring winner shockingly announced his departure from the WWE last month after 12 years with the company. Following his departure, Corbin has been busy with other endeavors outside the squared circle. However, The Lone Wolf has given no signs of quitting pro wrestling.
Many fans on social media have been speculating the possibility of Baron Corbin signing with All Elite Wrestling. He doesn't even have a no-compete clause, as he was not released but his contract was not renewed. The best place for Corbin to make his AEW debut would be the Worlds End 2024 as MJF's enforcer.
With Adam Cole already having his Undisputed Kingdom buddies as backup for the match and MJF also needs some backup. Therefore, AEW could fill the spot with a major debut of Baron Corbin.
Former WWE Superstar secured second place in a big championship
Following his departure from the promotion, the former WWE Superstar Baron Corbin competed in the IBJJF Jiu-Jitsu Championship. Corbin put on a great performance throughout the tournament and managed to secure the second spot in the Championship.
Moreover, Corbin is also a former two-time Golden Gloves regional boxing champion. Only time will tell what the future has in store for The Lone Wolf regarding his pro wrestling career after his recent departure from the Stamford-based promotion.
