Former WWE star to debut at AEW All In and convince Bryan Danielson not to retire? Exploring the possibility

AEW All In 2024 is scheduled to take place on August 25, 2024, at Wembley Stadium in London, England. Five matches have been announced for this pay-per-view so far and fans are expecting the event to be a glorious affair. Interestingly, the build-up for the AEW World Championship match between Swerve Strickland and Bryan Danielson has been a fascinating story.

Bryan Danielson won the 2024 Men’s Owen Hart Cup and received an opportunity to challenge Strickland for his World Title. The match between the two was made official a few weeks back, however, on the latest episode of Dynamite, the 43-year-old made a shocking announcement. Danielson declared that if he failed to beat his All In opponent and did not become the new World Champion, he wouldn't wrestle again. This has sent shockwaves among AEW fans because they simply did not expect it. Hypothetically, if the former WWE Champion lost at the event and quit wrestling, there could be one way he could overturn his decision, i.e, if his wife, the former WWE Divas Champion, Brie Bella, debuted at All In and convinced him to not hang up his boots.

Brie Bella and Bryan Danielson dated for some years before tying the knot in 2014. Together, they have two children. Let's take a look at the possibilities of Brie Bella making her All Elite Wrestling debut at All In.

Brie Bella making her AEW debut at All In would be a powerful moment

Brie Bella has technically retired from in-ring action, however, when it comes to wrestling, never say never. Danielson has been performing under AEW's banner since 2021 and there has constantly been speculation that his wife could follow suit. For all these years, the WWE Hall of Famer has seemed unlikely to join the Jacksonville-based promotion, but maybe, she will finally have a change of heart.

If Danielson wins at All In, then his wife and family could enter the squared circle and celebrate with him. However, if he loses, Bella could make a glorious debut and ask her husband to continue wrestling and not give up until he wins the promotion's World Championship.

In a recent backstage interview with Renee Paquette, the former WWE Champion revealed that his neck is "not great" and one of the main reasons he is considering retirement is because of his family.

"There’s this war going on between my mind and my body of what I feel like I can do and what my body is telling that I probably shouldn’t do. Even when I talk to Brie [Garcia] and the family, it’s like, ‘Well, I want to do this,’ and she’s saying, ‘But what about your neck? What about this?'" Danielson said. [H/T: Fightful]

Brie Bella making her AEW debut at All In and convincing her husband to keep on fighting for the World Championship could be one of the most powerful moments in the company's history. Furthermore, Danielson can go on to win the title in the future, have a retirement tour as world champ, and eventually retire next year with a more well-drawn-out ending. This could be All Elite Wrestling's answer to Cena's retirement tour.
