Joins The Death Riders, Sudden attack on close friend & more - 3 Ways Saraya can return to AEW
Saraya has been absent from AEW TV for the past few weeks. Her last appearance was on the October 8 episode of Dynamite, where she participated in a Four-Way Match against Willow Nightingale, Jamie Hayter, and Nyla Rose.
The former WWE star made her AEW debut in 2022 and is currently the leader of The Outcasts faction alongside Harley Cameron and Zak Knight. She is a former AEW Women's World Champion and has faced prominent names in the promotion, such as Toni Storm, Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D, Hikaru Shida, and more.
While many wondered when they would see the Anti Diva back on All Elite Wrestling programming, she recently revealed the reason for her absence. In a conversation with The Buzz, Saraya stated that she is currently focusing on non-wrestling projects.
"I’m taking a little break right now so I can do more of this stuff again. Because I haven’t been on a red carpet in a minute, but it’s nice to be back," the former Paige said. [H/T: ITR Wrestling]
The former Paige is one of the popular stars on the roster, and many of her fans are waiting to see her back in action. Here are three possible ways the 32-year-old's future could turn out.
#3. Saraya could join The Death Riders
The Death Riders are one of the most dominant factions in All Elite Wrestling. They consist of AEW World Champion Jon Moxley, AEW World Trios Champions Wheeler Yuta, Claudio Castagnoli & PAC, and Marina Shafir.
They currently have four male members and a female member. The stable's main mission is to reset the company landscape. However, they mainly focused on targeting the men's division.
Jon Moxley could change by adding more women to The Death Riders, and Saraya could be a great addition to the faction. The former Divas Champion led the Women's Revolution in WWE, which changed how the audience viewed women's wrestling. Moxley could use the British star's experience to take over the All Elite's women's division. She and Marina Shafir could go after the TBS and Women's World Title and bring more gold to the stable.
#2. By turning on Harley Cameron
The partnership between Harley Cameron and Saraya has been a treat for fans. They have brilliant chemistry and know each other well. However, it would be interesting if the former WWE Divas Champion turned on her stablemate.
Saraya could interfere in one of Cameron's matches in the coming weeks. At first, she could pretend to be on her friend's side. But eventually, the former NXT Women's Champion could turn on her stablemate. This will result in a feud that could culminate into a big pay-per-view match.
#1. By challenging Mariah May for the title
Mariah May won the AEW Women's World Championship at All In and has held the title for over 80 days. Her reign has been dominant, and she has defended the title numerous times.
Saraya could return to action and pursue the Women's World Title. The former Paige failed to capture the championship in August when she faced Toni Storm on Dynamite.
Sayara could challenge The Glamour for the AEW Women's World Title and possibly lock horns at Worlds End. Timeless Toni Storm could return at the pay-per-view and cost Mariah May her title.
After all, the former Paige has not held the World Title for over a year. By capturing gold, she could take The Outcasts to new heights.
