Jon Moxley to replace WWE veteran with a new Death Rider member on AEW Dynamite this week? Looking at the chances
Jon Moxley will be at this week's AEW Dynamite. The Wednesday show will air live from Total Mortgage Arena in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
The Purveyor of Violence and his allies don't go by the name Blackpool Combat Club anymore. They are now called The Death Riders. Claudio Castagnoli, PAC, Wheeler Yuta, and Marina Shafir are his stablemates.
Renee Paquette is Jon Moxley's wife. On the November 13 edition of AEW's flagship show, Moxley could recruit Paquette to join his Death Riders squad. She is also a member of Tony Khan's broadcast team in AEW.
A few days ago on X, AEW revealed the reigning AEW World Champion will "seize" SuperStation TBS on Dynamite this week. He could introduce some major changes during the show. There is a fair chance that he could replace WWE veteran, Tony Schiavone, who also happens to be Khan's close friend, with his wife on commentary.
Jon Moxley on AEW's new TV deal
Last month, Tony Khan signed a new multi-platform, multi-year deal worth $185 million per year with Warner Bros. Speaking in an interview with the New York Post, Jon Moxley gave his verdict on this new deal. He is skeptical of how Khan intends to use this deal to maximize the company's profits.
He said, "What are we going to do with this opportunity? That’s what I’m worried about. There’s been a lot of, kind of in the previous AEW, in the past, you know, there’s been a lot of sitting around celebrating, just treating it like this stuff just happens. Like, oh, it’s just success, just, you know, happens, and this is the way it’s supposed to be, and it’s not gonna go anywhere. Like, this can all go away tomorrow."
AEW and Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) have been partners since AEW's inception. The news of the finalized deal was made public on October 2.
