Major AEW tag team to announce hiatus after heartbreaking loss on Dynamite? Analyzing the chances
Former AEW World Tag Team Champions could announce their hiatus from the Tony Khan-led promotion after losing their match on Dynamite. The team is none other than FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler).
FTR is considered one of the best tag teams in professional wrestling having won every tag team title in WWE, then signing with AEW in 2020. FTR are former two-time Tag Team Champions and their race for a third reign ended on the latest episode of Dynamite at the hands of Malakai Black and Brody King of House of Black. Black and King faced FTR in a qualifying match for the AEW World Tag Team Titles at Full Gear in a winning effort.
Following the shocking loss, Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler may take some time off from All Elite Wrestling programming to reinvent themselves. The duo could even return as heels which can help them create their path towards the World Tag Team Championships.

Dax Harwood has not hesitated in firing back at fans thrashing Tony Khan or the All Elite Wrestling product. The veteran is close with Khan and also shares his creativity in the booking of All Elite shows.
Recently on X, a fan shared some controversial comments on Jimmy Jacobs' reported departure from All Elite Wrestling. Jacobs worked on the creative team and left the promotion on good terms. The fan claimed that Jacobs was fired which caught the eye of Dax Harwood. The FTR member came in support of Tony Khan and slammed the fan:

Like, we get that you’re a mark and you love that another company makes you feel special, but my God dude, If I hated something as much as you hate AEW & Tony, I’d just stop watching it. Right?! It’s almost stalker-like how infatuated you are with Tony and this company. You make it pretty obvious that you’re a mark. I’m a mark too!! But I don’t make YouTube channels to yell and scream about an owner of a company not giving me what I want. I just enjoy wrestling! I’m doing real life things, like, paying my mortgage, making sure the bills are taken care of, my tequila cabinet is full. But you? You’re making tweets & videos about the AEW product 😂.”
