290 lb WWE veteran wants to be AEW star's "bodyguard" amid Saraya's (fka Paige) absence
A former WWE veteran recently took to social media as he hinted at offering his services to a popular AEW star as her bodyguard. The veteran in question would be Bryan Clark (fka Wrath), who was speaking about Harley Cameron.
Recently, Harley unveiled a new look as she wished to make fun of Thunder Rosa and her face paint. She likened her new look to a cat, as she called herself Thunder Harley. La Mera Mera wasn't a fan of this and wanted to get back at her in the ring as she wished to show her what the facepaint meant.
AEW recently unveiled a new t-shirt with the tagline "Feel the Wrath of Harley Cameron," and an image of her with the cat face paint. A user mentioned how it reminded him of Wrath, and another agreed, saying he'd be her perfect bodyguard. The former WWE veteran himself replied to the thread and seemingly liked the idea.
Harley Cameron is set to face Thunder Rosa tomorrow night on AEW Collision
Tomorrow night on Collision, Harley Cameron and Thunder Rosa will face off in a match with a unique stipulation. This bout is promoted as a "Day of the Dead" match.
This came to be following their interesting backstage confrontation where Rosa wanted to show Cameron what the facepaint she was using meant. She explained that this was a tribute to the yearly tradition in Mexico and other parts of the world.
AEW has yet to reveal what the rules are for this match, but seeing as this is a unique stipulation, this may be revealed right before the bout begins tomorrow night.
This first-time-ever match between the two will once again showcase Harley on her own, with Saraya seemingly still incapacitated. It remains to be seen whether she'll have to hold her own the whole time, or the former WWE Diva could make a return and come to her aid.
