30-year-old star wants an intergender match with AEW's Ricky Starks, confident it will happen
Independent women's star Allie Katch recently named AEW star Ricky Starks as one of her dream opponents. The Absolute One is a former AEW World Tag Team Champion.
Allie Katch is one of the top stars on the independent circuit. She has had several intergender matches in her career and has expressed her desire to have one against AEW's Ricky Starks. The former World Tag Team Champion has been absent from television since March, but a return to the ring on the independent circuit is possible for the latter.
In a recent virtual signing with K&S WrestleFest, Katch revealed that she'd like to face WWE star Rhea Ripley and top AEW stars like Mercedes Mone and Toni Storm. She also mentioned an interesting name from the All Elite roster, Ricky Starks. The female star claimed that a match against The Absolute One would happen one day.

AEW star Ricky Starks recently provided an update on his future
The Absolute One has been absent from TV since earlier this year. Ricky Starks has been vocal about his frustrations with his creative direction in AEW and recently provided an update on his future.
In a recent Highspots Sign It Live virtual signing, Ricky Starks revealed that he's healthy and ready to get back into the ring. However, the decision to come back to the ring isn't in his hands.
"I wish I could give an answer [about my whereabouts]. I'm healthy. I'm ready to get back in the ring. I am in shape, obviously. I've always been in shape. Sometimes it just isn't up to me, I guess, as they say. So I love wrestling, and I'm going to figure out a way to do it one way or another. I at least think I owe fans some type of explanation to the best of my ability, to the best of my knowledge. Some people don't want to believe that. That's fine. I don't give a f*, but yeah, I wish I had more of a definitive answer. But sometimes darkness is your only friend when you're definitely trying to find the light." [H/T Wrestling Inc]
We will have to wait and see if All Elite Wrestling brings back Ricky Starks or whether there's something different in his future.
