36-year-old star finally makes AEW in-ring return on Collision; picks up a huge win
A popular female star from Japan made her anticipated in-ring return on the latest episode of Collision. She wrestled her first match on AEW TV in nearly three months.
The 36-year-old star in question is Mina Shirakawa. She is currently signed with World Wonder Ring STARDOM. Shirakawa is quite familiar with AEW fans, as she wrestled in the Tony Khan-led promotion on multiple occasions in 2024.
Before tonight, Mina Shirakawa last wrestled on AEW TV in August on an episode of Rampage. She made her TV return on the latest episode of Dynamite after weeks of teases. Meanwhile, Shirakawa made her All Elite Wrestling in-ring return after nearly three months against Harley Cameron on Saturday's Collision.
In a bout that lasted over eight minutes, Mina Shirakawa registered a significant win over Cameron. Following her return, Shirakawa is expected to be involved in a story with the current Women's World Champion, Mariah May, as they have known each other for years.
Toni Storm could also play a factor in their potential story. Only time will tell what's next for Shirakawa upon her in-ring return in the Tony Khan-led promotion.
