40-year-old star sends a message to Tony Khan days before facing Kenny Omega in his first AEW match since 2023

At the recent Wrestle Dynasty pay-per-view, The Cleaner locked horns with NJPW star Gabe Kidd. This was his first match since his return to in-ring competition.

This week on AEW Dynamite: Maximum Carnage, Omega is scheduled to battle former FTW Champion Brian Cage. This match is expected to be a show-stealer. Fans around the globe are excited to see the former AEW World Champion wrestle for the first time in the promotion since December 2023.

A few hours ago, Brian Cage released a statement on X in which the 40-year-old seemingly acknowledged Tony Khan for booking him vs. Kenny Omega. He believes that the AEW President has made a brilliant business decision.

But what I will say is that if you have strong conviction; if you have a strong belief in your heart, in your mind, that you can do something, trust me when I say that if you really, trulyigive it your all, you can accomplish whatever it is that you set your mind to,” he said.
