Absent AEW star has a surprising reaction to the MJF-Britt Baker incident; deletes post immediately

An absent AEW star had a surprising reaction to the MJF-Britt Baker incident. This would have surely taken Maxwell by surprise.

The star in question is Ricky Starks, who has not been seen in the company since he and Big Bill lost their tag team titles to Sting and Darby Allin. There have been many rumors of him leaving the company and moving to WWE since.

He has now broken his silence after the reported confrontation between MJF and Britt Baker came to light. The AEW American Champion took to Twitter to post about how the entire wrestling world is discussing his debut in CMLL. Starks promptly replied under that post cheekily:

“I think they talking about you and Britt tbh,” Starks wrote.

After posting, he immediately deleted that tweet, but not before eagle-eyed fans took screenshots. It will be interesting to see what MJF has to say about this.

MJF says he would spit out AEW star Ricky Starks

MJF does not mince his words, and he did just that when he was asked about Ricky Starks. The AEW American Champion is leaving no stone unturned as a heel.

Maxwell was speaking to Casual Conversations with the Classic when he was asked about the former FTW Champion. He said that he would spit him out.

"He tried to go toe-to-toe with me on the microphone. I ate him up, I chewed him up, I spit him out. I mean, it was pretty embarrassing... and I wrestled him, I think I beat him in 30 seconds, but like, I'd be willing to give the kid another shot, because again, you know... underrated talent. And, you know... I think he's great. I think he's great," MJF said.

The two stars went toe to toe after MJF became the World Champion. Their match at Winter Is Coming lasted about 16 minutes, with Maxwell coming out on top.
