AEW drops mysterious update on former champion who "might never return again"

Former AEW Women's Champion "Timeless" Toni Storm has been absent from All Elite Wrestling for a while. She was last seen at the All In 2024 Pay-Per-View in London, England.

After Mariah May won the Owen's Hart Cup tournament, she turned on her mentor, Toni Storm. The former allies had a match at All In where Storm put her Women's Title on the line. The London crowd saw The Glamour pick up the victory and The Timeless One left the arena immediately afterward. She hasn't been seen on All Elite TV since.

"The Timeless Times" newspapers featuring the question about Toni Storm's whereabouts were seen in this week's Fright Night Dynamite. They had a QR code on them which when scanned took the fans to a special All Elite News report that claimed that Storm lost her sanity after losing the Women's Championship to Mariah May at All In and went AWOL.

The video also featured Toni promoting Grand Slam Australia and showcased her time in Japan and Mexico. In the end, the report question "Will she ever return?" This led to the fans wondering about Storm's warehouse.

Toni Storm claims she might never return to AEW

Last week, Toni Storm appeared for an interview on Fox Sports Mexico's new All Elite show. During the interview, she was asked about her situation in Tony Khan's promotion. In response, she stated that she might never go back to AEW.

"I’m thinking of moving here permanently. I’m thinking of setting up my own taco stand and living a happy, peaceful life here in Mexico. I think it will be best. Yes, everybody will come to Toni's Tacos! That's my business... that's my next venture. Maybe I'll never go back to AEW," she said.
