AEW personality shares disappointing update; set to miss this week's Dynamite
An important AEW personality shared a disappointing update with the fans. He is set to miss this week's Dynamite.
Alex Abrahantes has been involved with All Elite Wrestling for several years. He first started as an AEW Spanish commentator before he joined forces with the Lucha Bros. Since then, he has appeared alongside Penta El Zero Miedo and Rey Fenix as their manager and translator.
Last week on AEW Rampage, Penta El Zero Miedo faced off against Butcher. During the match, Butcher collided with Alex Abrahantes, which resulted in him needing medical attention. Following this, Abrahantes has taken to social media to let fans know that he won't appear on Dynamite this week due to the collision. This means that he won't be at ringside when Rey Fenix challenges Will Ospreay for the International Championship this week.
Check out his tweet below:
"Due to what happened to me on Rampage, I will not be able to be at ringside tonight. @ReyFenixMx versus @WillOspreay is a dream match that will certainly live up to the hype!! Rooting for my Lucha Bro to become a 2X International Champ."
Two championships will be defended this week on AEW Dynamite
As Forbidden Door draws closer, this week's episode of Dynamite promises to be an exciting one with some good matches that have already been announced. Two championship matches are scheduled to take place on Dynamite this week.
The first title match will see Will Ospreay defend his International Championship against Rey Fenix. The second title match will see Mercedes Mone defend the TBS Championship against Zeuxis. Apart from these two matches, there will also be a TNT Championship qualifying match featuring Dustin Rhodes and Jack Perry. Chris Jericho will also host TV Time with the Learning Tree with special guests Private Party.
It will be interesting to see if any titles change hands on tonight's episode of Dynamite.
