AEW reportedly planning to run a stadium show in Australia next year, details on likely venues disclosed

Ever since its inception, AEW has emerged as WWE's biggest competition since the Monday Night Wars. With Tony Khan at their helm, the Jacksonville-based company has several programs on broadcast as well as on YouTube. Their most popular shows are Dynamite, Rampage, and Collision.

The USA is undoubtedly the hub of professional wrestling, however, its popularity outside the nation can not be underestimated. WWE and AEW, both employ numerous non-American stars and have held shows in various countries. Interestingly, professional wrestling has seen a rapid rise in popularity in Australia. WWE most recently held the Elimination Chamber pay-pay view in Perth which was main evented by Australian star Rhea Ripley and Nia Jax.

Moreover, it is rumored that AEW will organize a show in The Land Down Under, next year. According to The Sporting News Australia, AEW is gearing up for a major show in the country.

The report suggests that the Tony Khan-led promotion has set the wheels in motion to hold a massive stadium event in Australia. The venues being considered are Melbourne's Marvel Stadium, Brisbane's Suncorp Stadium, and Sydney's Allianz Stadium. Furthermore, the popular entertainment company, TEG, is allegedly going to back this endeavor.

AEW All In 2024 will take place in London, England

Although All Elite Wrestling's rumored upcoming Australian stadium show is scheduled for 2025, the company is organizing this year's All In pay-per-view at Wembley Stadium in London.

Last year's edition of the event took place at the same location and attracted a staggering, more than 70,000 fans. With high-profile matches such as Swerve Strickland vs. Bryan Danielson, Mercedes Moné vs. Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D., MJF vs. Will Ospreay, 'Timeless' Toni Storm vs. 'The Glamour' Mariah May and more on the card, fans are expecting this pay-per-view to deliver.

All In 2024 will take place on August 25, 2024, the same date as the UK's August Bank Holiday.
