An AEW star provided heartbreaking information about a family member's health. The star being discussed is Big Bill. He recently shared saddening details about his young nephew.
The former AEW World Tag Team Champion has been All Elite since 2022. While he hasn't been given a proper spotlight, he has been involved in decent feuds in the promotion. He was part of Stokely Hathaway's faction, The Firm, and was also a tag team partner with Ricky Starks. Currently, he is aligned with Chris Jericho's Learning Tree.
Recently, Big Bill shared an Instagram story regarding his nephew's health. The star claimed that the young boy has been fighting for his life since being born. He also requested everyone to vote for his nephew as he was nominated for the Good Housekeeping's Baby of the Year.
"My nephew has been fighting for his life since being born at 28 weeks. He spent 81 days in the NICU and is currently nominated for Good Housekeeping's Baby of the Year Award. I would greatly appreciate it if you could all give him a vote at the link provided. Every vote counts," he wrote.

AEW star Big Bill reveals if he is still friends with Enzo Amore
Big Bill wrestled as Big Cass in WWE and competed alongside Enzo Amore. The popular duo made a lot of name for themselves in the promotion. While Bill is signed to AEW, Enzo is performing at independent promotions.
While speaking on Rasslin' podcast, the 38-year-old revealed that he is still friends with Enzo Amore despite being in different companies.
"Still good friends with Enzo. People ask me about Enzo all the time and I tell them, 'He might be the only person I know that's a one-of-one,' and they ask, 'What do you mean?' There's no one else on the planet like him, he is a one-of-one," he said.
It remains to be seen if the popular duo will reunite in the future.
