AEW stars slammed for being unprofessional
A couple of AEW stars were slammed for being unprofessional and called out for their rude behavior. This could have some consequences come Wednesday when Dynamite rolls through.
The Hurt Syndicate, consisting of former WWE stars Bobby Lashley, Shelton Benjamin, and MVP, have been involved in a feud with Swerve Strickland and his manager, Prince Nana. MVP’s first course of action after coming to All Elite Wrestling was to target Nana.
They recently cornered Prince Nana at a convention, and that prompted him to call them out. Taking to Twitter, he wrote:
"The Hurt Sisters trying to make a name in @AEW …. Look how unprofessional they are… like @swerveconfident said family over everything 💯💯🕺🏾🕺🏾☕️"
It will be interesting to see what Nana or Strickland have to say about the incident this coming Wednesday.
Bobby Lashley to take on Swerve Strickland at AEW Full Gear
Former AEW World Champion Swerve Strickland has been targeted a lot over the last few weeks by Bobby Lashley and the Hurt Syndicate. Now, things are picking up speed.
The trio opened up Dynamite last week and laid out their agenda, talking about how the people who did not take up their offer to join the Hurt Syndicate will be punished. As they were saying that, out came Strickland.
He did not say much but went straight to the point and laid out a challenge to former WWE Champion Bobby Lashley at Full Gear. MVP took the liberty to accept the challenge on Lashley’s behalf, and now the two will square off in a few weeks.
Swerve Strickland had openly rejected the chance to join MVP’s faction, and that, in turn, has made this rivalry even more compelling for fans. Whether the result of their match at Full Gear changes the dynamic of the group remains to be seen.
