An AEW veteran has reacted in a very kind way to Paul Heyman’s recent comments about his career. These two go way back in time and have a lot of history together.

The veteran in question is none other than Taz. The 57-year-old has a storied wrestling career that spanned across many companies, and one of the stints he is most known for is during his time in ECW. He made his name there, and Heyman was the reason for it.

The AEW commentator replied to a post that showed Heyman narrating the history between Taz and Sabu from their time in ECW. The Human Suplex Machine took note of it and thanked Paul Heyman and Sabu.

Diamond Dallas Page predicts Paul Heyman will get fired and start his own promotion

WWE veteran Diamond Dallas Page has predicted that Paul might get fired and wage war against the Stamford-based promotion. He made this wild claim on an episode of the Drinks with Johnny podcast.

Heyman has not been seen for a long time, and no one knows when he will return. DDP has now predicted that once Heyman comes back, he could be in for a big role. He said:

"I'm going to predict something — this is totally off the wall... Paul Heyman gets fired [in storyline] and starts his own, can't call it ECW anymore, but whatever the hell the name of it is and goes into opposition with WWE."

If this does indeed come to pass, then it will be interesting how interested Heyman will be in such an angle, given that he is still very much involved in The Bloodline angle.
