Big update on The Death Riders and AEW's next Dynamite special
AEW is gearing up for another series of special television episodes, which will carry them to the second annual Worlds End pay-per-view to conclude the company's sixth year. The Death Riders have continued their takeover of the Tony Khan-led company, and now they are set to protect Jon Moxley from his latest threats just days before the final show of the year.
All Elite Wrestling will return to Washington on Wednesday for the fifth annual Dynamite Holiday Bash special, which will air live. The fourth annual Holiday Bash edition of Rampage will also be taped to air on Friday in its normal timeslot. These will be the go-home shows for AEW's big debut at Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City this coming weekend.
The Death Riders are set for the Dynamite Holiday Bash main event. World Trios Champions PAC and Wheeler Yuta will team up with the World Champion to take on Jay White, Orange Cassidy, and Adam Page. The idea behind the match is that Moxley's challengers are looking to take him out before Worlds End, but the other Death Riders are here to back him up. Khan touted the match on X/Twitter.
"Holiday Bash Trios Match @JonMoxley + Yuta + PAC vs @JayWhiteNZ @orangecassidy + Hangman Page. Before #AEWWorldsEnd, the 3 World Title challengers aim to take down Death Riders THIS WEDNESDAY!" Tony Khan wrote with the graphic below.
Moxley is set to defend the World Championship against Page, White, and Cassidy at Worlds End. PAC and Yuta have not been announced for the pay-per-view as of this writing.
