Bloodline member tipped for a major WWE position by legend: "He's a guy who can be a leader there"
The Bloodline is currently dominating WWE SmackDown under the leadership of Solo Sikoa, who recently added new members to the group. Recently, a wrestling legend tipped the new Samoan faction member as a future leader in the company.
Matt Hardy is the latest to comment on Jacob Fatu's WWE debut. Following WrestleMania XL, Solo Sikoa took over The Bloodline in the absence of Roman Reigns and made some drastic changes. He kicked out Jimmy Uso from the faction before adding Tama Tonga and later brought in Tonga Loa to the group. If that was not enough, Fatu also joined the faction a few weeks ago after taking out Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, and Kevin Owens. The group has also removed Paul Heyman as their Wiseman.
Speaking on his Extreme Life podcast, Matt Hardy commented on Jacob Fatu's debut. The wrestling legend seemed excited about Fatu's arrival and he believes that The Samoan Werewolf is tipped for a major WWE position in the future.
"First and foremost, he's [Jacob Fatu] just been so respectful towards me and Jeff...big into the Hardys when he was coming up and just such a down to earth on the level guy much like most Samoans. Really just a cool uce you know what I mean as they hit that like just such a cool cat and he is so insanely talented. He's a big guy, he can move, he's strong. He can do it all and I am very very excited to see him on the WWE plane and see how great he can become and I think his ceiling is extremely extremely high. I think he's a guy who can be a leader there," Hardy said. [From 0:18 to 0:56]
Why did The Bloodline attack Paul Heyman on WWE SmackDown?
This week on SmackDown, Solo Sikoa arranged for a Bloodline Acknowledged Ceremony. During the segment, he channeled his inner Roman Reigns as he asked his fellow stablemates to acknowledge him. Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and Jacob Fatu readily acknowledged him without hesitation.
However, when Solo asked Paul Heyman to acknowledge, he refused. As a result, Solo and the rest of his faction attacked Heyman viciously. They then hit the triple powerbomb on him through the announcer's desk.
The Bloodline is set to take on Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, and Kevin Owens in a Six-Man Tag Team Match at Money in the Bank Premium Live Event next weekend in Toronto, Canada. It will be interesting to see how Roman Reigns reacts to Solo Sikoa's actions when he returns from hiatus.
