Bobby Lashley names WWE legend's son as a potential new member of The Hurt Syndicate

The former WWE World Champion, Bobby Lashley, hinted at a legend's son and the current AEW star joining The Hurt Syndicate. The Almighty also named two more stars that could be the new members of the group as well.

The WWE legend's son in question is Taz's son, HOOK. Taz is currently signed with AEW as a color commentator, and his son, HOOK, is also signed to the promotion as a wrestler. Bobby Lashley made his All Elite debut a few weeks back and is part of The Hurt Syndicate faction alongside MVP and Shelton Benjamin.

While the group is thriving with only three members, MVP has been looking for more members to join. During his recent appearance on The Lame Guys podcast, Bobby Lashley named HOOK along with Ricochet and his former ally, Lio Rush, when asked who he would like to see added to The Hurt Syndicate.

Moreover, Lashley teased more members potentially joining The Hurt Syndicate with the following statement:

"Ultimately, we are a group that is good for the company. We have the ability to be able to build talent. If you go into a feud with us or you’re on the mic against [MV] P, you have Shelton, me, whoever else we bring on. You have a lot of obstacles.” [H/T: Inside The Ropes]

Bobby Lashley on leaving WWE and joining AEW

Bobby Lashley also opened up on how he could not go out of WWE the way he wanted to. The Almighty also admitted that he joined AEW to work with MVP and Shelton Benjamin again.

“I was like, ‘If I’m going to go out, there are certain ways that I want to go out.’ I didn’t get an opportunity to go out the way that I wanted to with putting guys over and having a feud with those guys. Another avenue I could be happy with is to be able to work with P and Shelton again, being able to run with that and have fun with it." [H/T: Inside The Ropes]

Moreover, Lashley is set to take on Swerve Strickland this weekend at AEW Full Gear. It remains to be seen what transpires at the pay-per-view.
