Britt Baker seemingly snubbed by AEW amid rumors of backstage heat

AEW has seemingly snubbed Britt Baker in its latest poster amid rumors of backstage heat. The former women’s champion has been having a rough few weeks if rumors are to be believed.

Baker has not been seen since All In, where Mercedes Mone defeated her in front of a raucous Wembley crowd. It was also reported that Britt and Saraya have been having issues with Mercedes Mone getting special treatment backstage.

With all that going on, things have seemingly gone from bad to worse for Baker, as she is now missing from the AEW poster advertised for her hometown, Pennsylvania.

The AEW Twitter page posted the poster, which featured the likes of Swerve Strickland, MJF, and Jamie Hayter as the main faces.

Britt Baker was nowhere to be seen. It is not clear if this is because she is having backstage issues with Mercedes Mone or if this is just because she won't be there for the show.

Konnan says Britt Baker has a massive ego

Konnan does not hesitate to express his opinion, and he did just that when he claimed that Britt Baker has a massive ego.

Baker is a big star in AEW; when someone is such a big star, there will be a complex. Konnan doubled down on that on his K100 podcast when he said:

"What I have heard is, yeah, we all know about Brit Baker—she has a big ego. She ended up getting suspended, like she went off on M, even though MJF tried to come out and tried to, like, you know, go, ‘Do you think that I would really scream at her? Do you think I would do this? Do you think I would do that?’ All that happened. You know, she went in there, she screamed at him, she screamed at his girlfriend. He talked about the girlfriend in public, she found out, he found out—she’s got a massive ego," he said.

Those are some big claims; however, the timing is uncanny, given that Baker has not been featured recently.
