Bryan Danielson makes a major announcement after confirming his AEW contract is expiring

AEW star Bryan Danielson recently made a major announcement after confirming that his contract is expiring soon. The former WWE Champion's AEW contract will expire on August 2nd.

The American Dragon won the 2024 Owen Hart Foundation tournament which has made him the number one contender for Swerve Strickland's AEW World Championship at All In. Last week during a backstage interview with Renee Paquette, Bryan was approached by Jeff Jarrett who gave him advice about his upcoming match-up. Jarrett told Danielson that he needs to go all in against Swerve in Wembley.

On X (formerly Twitter), Bryan Danielson stated that he thought about Jeff Jarrett's comments and made a major announcement.

"I’ve done a lot of thinking and there’s a lot I have to say. See you Wednesday on #AEWDynamite."

What did Jeff Jarrett say to Bryan Danielson last week on AEW Dynamite?

Jeff Jarrett was a close friend of Owen Hart and intended to win the whole tournament, however, Double J was eliminated by Hangman Adam Page. The veteran has been keeping an eye on the winner of the tournament and offered him some advice recently.

During Bryan Danielson's backstage interview on Dynamite, Jeff Jarrett approached him and said that he believes in The American Dragon. Double J further stated that Bryan should focus on going all-in against Swerve Strickland.

“You’ve got Wembley in the crosshairs, and you are gonna be facing a champion who knows exactly what he needs to do, dialed in and focused on that championship. Now I understand you gotta heal up physically but I think you have a lot of mental healing you have to get done. You sit on the fence. It sounds like you got one foot out of the door or maybe even making an excuse. Bryan, if you’re gonna go all in, freaking go all in. A lot of people believe in you, and I am at the very top of that list,” Jarrett said.

It will be interesting to see if Bryan Danielson wins the AEW World Title at All In London.
