Buddy Matthews reacts as Rhea Ripley shares heartwarming moment with a young fan

Rhea Ripley’s husband Buddy Matthews has reacted after seeing a heartwarming moment between his wife and a young fan. Buddy and Rhea got married earlier this year.

Rhea was at the Fanatics Fest event where she was greeted by a very sweet fan who wanted to have a moment with her. She immediately ran to her as she was entering the arena and hugged her for a long time and later even got a picture with her. This entire chain of events was very refreshing to see for the fans present.

To Rhea's credit, not once did she look like she was uncomfortable and happily obliged her young fan. A fan tagged Buddy Matthews and said that it would mean a lot to them if he got his wife to see the post.

He wrote back saying:

“She’ll see it! But I hope everyone else sees this also! The absolute best person in the world she is!”

Rhea Ripley wants a rematch with Becky Lynch

Rhea Ripley and Becky Lynch have a storied history and she has now revealed that she wants to have a rematch with her.

Ripley got the better of Becky Lynch at WrestleMania 40 as she retained her title. Lynch soon became a free agent after her WWE contract ended on June 1. Now, Ripley has revealed that she would like to take on Lynch once again but was not sure if she would return to the company.

Speaking to the audience at the Fanatics Fest, she said:

"I think that there is a possibility. Whether Becky wants to come back or not, I’m not entirely sure, but if she does, that door is open and I’m always willing for a challenge."

It is interesting to see Ripley say that she was not sure if Becky Lynch would come back to the company. Her situation could be one to watch out for given that there were strong rumors at one point regarding Lynch moving to AEW.
