Bully Ray thinks The Hurt Syndicate will recruit absent 33-year-old star after he returns to AEW

MVP and Shelton Benjamin have formed The Hurt Syndicate in AEW and WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray believes an absent star could be of great use in the faction. The name in question is none other than Will Hobbs.

The Powerhouse suffered a knee injury earlier this year in a match against Jon Moxley on AEW Dynamite. However, recent reports have revealed that Will Hobbs has been backstage on Dynamite and getting ready to return to action soon.

In a recent edition of Busted Open Radio, Bully Ray entertained the possibility of adding Will Hobbs to the Hurt Syndicate after he's cleared to compete. The Hall of Famer said that he wants the faction to be feared and have similarities with the Nation of Domination:

"I'm assuming we're gonna get Bobby, we might get another addition to it, maybe like a [Will] Hobbs, but this new version of The Hurt Business needs to be extremely credible; needs to be extremely feared. I want to see the modern-day Nation of Domination. Now the Nation of Domination was a bit gimmicky in its inception; Vince McMahon loved gimmicky gimmicks." [WrestlingINC]

Bully Ray wants to see Shelton Benjamin in the same boat as Bobby Lashley in AEW

After MVP and Shelton Benjamin's arrivals in AEW, some reports revealed that Bobby Lashley has also inked a deal with the promotion. The All-Mighty is set to be a part of The Hurt Syndicate alongside MVP and Shelton Benjamin.

In the same episode, Bully Ray said that he wants Shelton Benjamin to be as feared as Bobby Lashley by the All Elite locker room:

"A bunch of righteous Black men in a group, imposing their will, that's what I believe this new business of The Hurt Business can be. I don't want anybody shoving Shelton Benjamin, because Shelton needs to be as feared as Bobby will be." H/T:[WrestlingINC]

We will have to wait and see what MVP has in store for The Hurt Syndicate in the upcoming weeks in All Elite Wreslting.
