Chris Jericho makes a major announcement ahead of AEW Dynamite
Chris Jericho just made a major announcement ahead of AEW Dynamite. The legendary star is set to appear on tonight's episode of the flagship show.
Chris Jericho has enjoyed a stellar professional wrestling career. This is due to his ability to reinvent himself every few years and stay relevant. Since joining AEW, Jericho has reinvented himself multiple times. His current gimmick, The Learning Tree, sees Jericho dish out words of wisdom in a very know-it-all fashion. This gimmick has already gotten over with the fans.
Jericho also started his own segment called TV Time with The Learning Tree which will take place this week on Dynamite and feature Private Party as guests. Prior to Dynamite, Jericho took to social media to post a special message for his fans.
In this message, he offered fans a chance to be honorary members of The Learning Tree by posting videos of themselves with their lessons of the week. Jericho promised to repost his favorites on his socials.
"Hey guys! This is your Learning Tree here with the lesson of the week. Remember, now that summer is here, make sure if you go swimming that you would wait 30 minutes after you eat to avoid cramps. That way everybody will have a great time in the water. Also, I've seen a lot of you on Instagram and TikTok giving your lessons of the week. So, what I want to do is I want to find out who the super branch super fan is of The Learning Tree. All you have to do is make a video of your lesson of the week and tag The Learning Tree on Instagram and TikTok."
He continued:
"After seven days, I'll pick my favorite and post it on my socials and tag you on my story. If you want to be the super branch of The Learning Tree, let me hear your lessons. I'll be waiting! Seven days to see who the super branch is. I think it's going to be a lot of fun, don't you? Thanks guys! See you soon!"
Arkady Aura wants to join Chris Jericho's Learning Tree
Chris Jericho's Learning Tree is already starting to attract attention from members of the AEW roster. First, Big Bill and Bryan Keith joined Jericho, and now it looks like another AEW name wants to join in, too.
Arkady Aura interviewed Jericho recently on Collision. Following this, she posted a picture from the segment saying that she was putting in her application to join The Learning Tree.
"Putting in my application to The Learning Tree @IAmJericho. You can call me “sprout” or “bud”!" she tweeted.
