Christian Cage has a "new son," AEW original joins The Patriarchy
An AEW Original surprisingly joined Christian Cage's 'The Patriarchy' faction in a shocking turn of events on Dynamite. Cage now has a new son similar to Nick Wayne.
The AEW original in question is Kip Sabian. The 32-year-old has been with All Elite Wrestling since the inception of the company in 2019. Sabian was going to get attacked by Christian Cage and The Patriarchy on the most recent episode of Dynamite. However, HOOK showed up and the attack was avoided.
HOOK also seemingly disclosed that Christian Cage was the one who attacked his dad Taz a few weeks ago in the parking lot. The former FTW Champion rushed to the ring and just as he put his hands on Cage, Kip Sabian shockingly turned heel and hit HOOK with a low blow, seemingly joining The Patriarchy.
HOOK was then taken out by The Patriarchy. Well, it seems like Cage now has a new son in Kip Sabian after what happened on Dynamite. It was shocking because Sabian was the one who stopped Christian from cashing in his AEW World Title contract on Grand Slam a few weeks ago.
An AEW star is grateful to Christian Cage
The young AEW star Nick Wayne expressed his gratitude towards his mentor, Christian Cage. Speaking on Battleground Podcast a few months ago, Nick Wayne stated the following about Christian:
"I thought my promos were something I wasn't the best at, but having Christian... you couldn't ask for a better teacher. He helps me, and I'm feeling so much more confident, just talking and cutting promos. That's a big thing for him. He told me, 'I wouldn't have taken you in if I didn't want to, I saw so much potential in you since you started here, I knew you had to come with me. So, thank you for proving me right.'"
Moreover, Nick Wayne continues to grow under the influence of the legendary superstar. Only time will tell what's next for the young man.
