CM Punk attends top AEW star’s concert ahead of WWE RAW
Former WWE Champion CM Punk attended an AEW star's concert before the upcoming episode of RAW. He shared two stories from the concert on Instagram.
The AEW star in question is the House of Black's Brody King. Besides being a pro wrestler, King is part of a musical band named God's Hate. The group often holds concerts in different cities when King is not competing inside the ring. The former champion has been a good friend of CM Punk since their days together in the Tony Khan-led promotion.
Punk is currently signed with WWE but still has several friends in AEW. The Second City Saint seems to be enjoying his time away from the ring, as he recently attended a God's Hate concert.
Punk shared two Boomerangs from the God's Hate concert. Furthermore, King was spotted in the RAW Superstar's Instagram Story, which he shared recently without any description.
CM Punk has been feuding with two top stars on RAW
CM Punk has been embroiled in a rivalry with Drew McIntyre since he got injured because of the latter during the 2024 Men's Royal Rumble match. They have yet to face off in a one-on-one match since Punk is medically not cleared to compete.
Punk cost McIntyre the chance to win the World Heavyweight Title for the third time at Money in the Bank 2024. Besides his beef with the Scotsman, The Second City Saint has also been at odds with Seth Rollins.
The story between Punk, McIntyre, and Rollins is expected to continue on the upcoming episode of RAW. It remains to be seen if they will face off at SummerSlam 2024 in Cleveland.
