CM Punk seemingly throws shade at major AEW star on WWE RAW after SummerSlam

CM Punk seemingly threw shade at a major AEW star on WWE RAW after SummerSlam. This seemed to have even caught many fans by surprise.

The AEW star that Punk threw shade at was none other than Jack Perry. Punk was unceremoniously fired from AEW after his backstage altercation with Jack Perry at All In 2023. It was there that the two of them got into a scuffle that turned out to be ugly and later pivotal for Punk.

Backstage on RAW, CM Punk showed up in front of General Manager Adam Pearce and said that he just wanted to talk to him. As he said that, he made a hand motion that was similar to a choke hold, seemingly referring to the backstage spat he had with Perry.

CM Punk was mad at Drew McIntyre after he interrupted him and Rollins earlier during a segment and also made shocking comments about Punk’s wife AJ Lee and his dog. He did that by pointing to the bracelet that cost the former AEW star the win at SummerSlam on Saturday.

It will be interesting to see how this rivalry will take shape now that Seth Rollins is also in the thick of things.
