CM Punk seemingly trolls AEW once again on the RAW ahead of WWE SummerSlam
Former WWE and AEW World Champion CM Punk seemingly trolled Tony Khan's promotion during his appearance on the most recent episode of RAW. Punk has made the same kind of gestures in the past as well.
On the go-home episode of RAW ahead of SummerSlam, CM Punk made his appearance in front of a sold-out crowd in St. Paul, Minnesota. He was part of a segment with his opponent this weekend, Drew McIntyre, and the special guest referee for their match, Seth Rollins, where the latter explained the regulations for the match.
During his entrance, the Second City Saint also looked at the hard cam side and acted shocked to see the packed house there. Punk was seemingly trolling AEW, as the promotion reportedly shifts the audience on the hard cam side to the opposite side to make it seem that the arenas are full. The star has done this previously as well during a segment on RAW.

Former WWE writer didn't like the CM Punk segment on RAW
Former WWE head writer Vince Russo didn't quite like the promo segment between CM Punk, Drew McIntyre, and Seth Rollins on RAW this week. Speaking exclusively on Sportskeeda's Legion of RAW, Russo stated that the promo was all over the place and he wished that it was scripted.
"You guys want to carry on about Vince McMahon scripting promos? I wish Vince McMahon scripted this promo. This promo was all over the place. It absolutely sucked with all freaking parties involved. It went on for about 18 minutes, it went nowhere, and it ends with the five-cent bracelet again at the end. This was hot garbage."
Meanwhile, McIntyre and Punk are finally set to face each other this weekend in the most anticipated match. It remains to be seen what transpires with Rollins as the referee.
