Congratulations to AEW stars Sammy Guevara and Tay Melo

Sammy Guevara and Tay Melo are one of the most beloved couples in AEW. They just celebrated a milestone together.

Sammy Guevara is considered one of the pillars of AEW. He was with the promotion from the very beginning and has been part of many major storylines. He has also established himself as one of the biggest risk-takers in the ring. Over the years, the 31-year-old has proven that he has what it takes to be the future of this industry.

While his professional life has had its fair share of ups and downs, his personal life appears to be going great. The Spanish God started dating fellow AEW wrestler Tay Melo in 2021 and the couple tied the knot a year later. Now, they have a one-year-old daughter named Luna.

Recently, Guevara took to his X (fka Twitter) account to announce the couple's third anniversary since they began dating. He penned a beautiful note for his wife.

"Feels like no time has past at all but somehow 3 years has flown by! Feels like we just started dating yesterday but here we are about to celebrate our daughter’s 1 year birthday. You are the best thing to ever happen to me. Everything I ever could have dreamed for is what I have right now. Thank you for all your sacrifices you do for our family, thank for giving me the best gift in Luna. And thank you for being the best Mom & Wife I could ever ask for. To infinity & beyond my love @taymelo," he wrote.

Sammy Guevara addressed his singles win drought on AEW Dynamite

Sammy Guevara is going through a rough phase in his career as far as his singles career on Wednesday Night Dynamite is concerned. The AEW original hasn't won a match on the brand in over 285 days.

He recently competed against Shelton Benjamin on the October 23 episode of Dynamite but ended up on the losing side. His last win on the Wednesday night show came on the January 10, 2024, episode where he defeated Ricky Starks.

Following his recent loss to Shelton Benjamin, Sammy took to X to address his ongoing singles win drought on Dynamite.

"There is so much that is greater than us, whatever you believe. So while we get to choose the roads we take, we don’t get to know where they lead. when your plan fails, or your road dead ends, it means a bigger plan is at work. And I’d rather be part of a big plan than a small one. #Destiny," he wrote.

It will be interesting to see when Sammy Guevara will be able to get back to winning ways on Dynamite.
