Congratulations to The Young Bucks

The Young Bucks have been the talk of the town ever since turning heel and becoming the de facto leaders of AEW. They have been making waves, albeit not good ones.

Despite all the bad things they have been up to, including major abuses of power, there are still some good things happening in their lives. The Executive Vice Presidents of AEW revealed on Thursday that they had achieved a major milestone.

Nicholas Jackson took to Instagram to reveal that the tag team had completed 20 years in wrestling. Posting a funny throwback photo of himself and his brother, Nicholas wrote:

“I just learned that today is the 20th year anniversary of when we debuted in wrestling. So naturally I picked the worst photo possible of us to celebrate this historic anniversary! Thanks everyone who’s ever supported us. We aren’t young anymore but we will forever be your Young Bucks.”

Matt Hardy publicly praises The Young Bucks

Matthew and Nicolas Jackson have to look hard to find people who praise them these days, given their recent antics. However, former AEW star Matt Hardy had some kind words about the tag team.

Simon Miller of WhatCulture posted an appreciation post about the EVPs. Matt took notice of that and wrote back positively, saying:

"You’re correct, @SimonMiller316. Without the Young Bucks (and The Elite) AEW looks very, very different if it actually materializes. Besides being 1 of the greatest tag teams ever, they both have outstanding visions & understandings of the industry. I said they deserved their flowers before AEW, while I was at AEW & I will post-AEW, because it’s a hard truth."

It is great to see that fellow wrestlers know the truth and are not afraid to speak up about Matthew and Nicholas Jackson's uniqueness.
