Current AEW star wants a dream match against Rhea Ripley

AEW star Serena Deeb recently expressed her desire to lock horns with former WWE Women's World Champion Rhea Ripley inside the squared circle in the future. The 38-year-old reportedly kicked off her career in Ohio Valley Wrestling, where she began training in 2005.

Over the years, the Virginia native has performed in numerous promotions across the USA. The former Straight Edge Society member has battled some of the best wrestlers around the world during her decorated career.

Interestingly, during a recent appearance on the Gabby AF podcast, Serena revealed her desire to face The Judgment Day's Rhea Ripley someday. Ripley is a 27-year-old Australian professional wrestler who is often considered one of the best in modern times. The Eradicator has held several titles in WWE and is one of the longest-reigning Women's World Champions.

Serena stated that among her list of dream opponents, Ripley stood at the pinnacle. Furthermore, Deeb revealed that since they trained at the WWE Performance Center together, she shares a solid bond with Mami.

"Definitely number one [who I want to wrestle] is Rhea Ripley. Yes, [we would beat the hell out of each other]. We so would. When we were at the Performance Center together, we just had a really cool bond. I felt really close with her. I think of all the coaches, myself, and Scotty 2 Hotty; we were kind of her people," she said. [H/T: WrestleTalk]
