Danhausen seemingly breaks silence after reports on AEW conflict surfaces
Danhausen has seemingly broken his silence after some reports emerged on his ongoing conflict with AEW recently and their creative plans for him. This should no doubt reach the people who run the creative side of things.
The AEW star has not been seen in AEW since the end of last year but despite that, he has been very active on the independent scene. He has expressed his disappointment at his booking from time to time on social media but nothing came through.
Fightful reported earlier today about his situation and revealed how the enigmatic star has not reportedly been in regular contact with AEW. They also noted that he was scheduled to return earlier this year but those plans fell through.
Danhausen has now taken to X/Twitter to post a series of photos in his typical fashion and did not caption the images or write anything. It showed his dogs ripping apart a doll that was of his likeness. While not saying anything directly, he has seemingly cryptically sent out a message to his fans and critics.
More details emerge on Danhausen’s absence
The name of Danhausen has been on the lips of wrestling fans today and rightly so. After reports emerged about his alleged issues with the AEW creative, things were not looking very good.
Now, even more reports have come out and shed more light on his contract status and his unwillingness to make appearances on Collision. Fightful Select reported that while his contract runs until 2025, there were currently no plans for him to appear on the show.
The latest report also stressed that there were some people in AEW who were privy to the belief that the star was more inclined to work on the independent circuit rather than wrestle on Collision, which takes place every Saturday.
It will be interesting to see what will happen next with regard to the enigmatic star and whether or not this might compel him to seek greener pastures elsewhere.
