Dax Harwood makes an appeal to Tony Khan amid AEW absence
Dax Harwood has been absent from TV due to an injury. Amid his absence from the weekly show, he made a plea to Tony Khan. The plea was related to Lady Frost.
Last year in October, AEW quietly signed Lady Frost. The signing wasn't made public by the company or the female star. Usually, when Tony Khan adds a new star to his roster, they get an ALL ELITE graphic as a welcome gesture. But the 39-year-old star never got one.
Last week on Collision, Lady Frost battled former AEW Women's Champion Riho in a singles match. Though she lost the bout, she put up a splendid performance. Following the Collision show, Dax Harwood took to X/Twiiter and asked Tony Khan to give her the ALL ELITE graphic as he was thoroughly impressed by her.
He tweeted, "Give Lady Frost the graphic #AEWCollision"
Dax Harwood will miss this week's Dynamite
As mentioned earlier, Dax Harwood has been absent from action lately, owing to an injury. The fans have been missing him on television.
A few hours ago, he informed his fans that he will not be present at this week's Flagship show, which will take place in Calgary on Wednesday. He also reminisced about the last time he wrestled in Calgary.
He wrote, "I hate we’re going to miss AEW’s return to Calgary this Wednesday night. It housed maybe our best match ever. 58+ minutes, 2/3 falls, and tied the series with Bullet Club Gold 2-2. Calgary, show out like you always do. Hope to see y’all again soon. #AEWDynamite #AEWCollision."
Dax Harwood sustained an injury at AEW Dynasty. At the event, he and his tag team partner Cash Wheeler took on The Young Bucks in the final round of the AEW World Tag Team Title Tournament match.
Dax Harwood wrestled a few matches after that, which only exacerbated his injury. Ultimately, he couldn't ignore the damage done to his body and was forced to go on a hiatus.
