Death Riders forcibly chased out of AEW arena
Jon Moxley and The Death Riders ambushed AEW talent once again on this week's episode of Dynamite. However, the group was subsequently chased out by a babyface collective.
The latest edition of Dynamite featured a blockbuster tag team match between The Death Riders, Claudio Castagnoli and PAC, and the pairing of Darby Allin and Orange Cassidy. The bout stemmed from events from last week's episode of the Wednesday night show, during which the former TNT Champion made his televised return to rescue the Freshly Squeezed star from having his neck broken by two-thirds of the AEW World Trios Champions.
Allin and Cassidy brought the fight to Castagnoli and PAC outside the ring before the match began. However, the high-octane tag bout would end in a disqualification victory for the babyfaces due to interference from Wheeler Yuta, Marina Shafir, and eventually AEW World Champion Jon Moxley.
The Death Riders would continue to beat down Allin and Cassidy, especially targeting the latter ahead of his World Title match against Moxley at Full Gear 2024. However, Mark Briscoe and The Conglomeration then came out to make the save, sending the heel faction on retreat.
It remains to be seen whether Orange Cassidy can dethrone the self-proclaimed One True King of All Elite Wrestling at the promotion's upcoming pay-per-view.
