Former AEW star gives major update on his WWE status after appearance at Bad Blood 2024

Former AEW star Arn Anderson has made some appearances for WWE recently and the veteran has provided an update on whether he has signed to a Legends deal with the promotion. Anderson left AEW a couple of months ago.

The Enforcer made his WWE TV return at Summer Slam 2024 where he was seen talking to Cody Rhodes before his match against Solo Sikoa for the Undisputed WWE Championship. Arn Anderson also appeared in the crowd alongside Tully Blanchard at the Bad Blood Premium Live event last weekend.

In a recent edition of his ARN Podcast, the WWE Hall of Famer revealed that he hasn't had a one-on-one conversation with the promotion about a Legends deal yet. Anderson said that he's ok in making appearances from time to time and he wouldn't be disappointed if the company only calls him for that.

“No, but that’s okay. I haven’t had that one-on-one conversation about that in particular. It’s alright just for me popping in from time to time, if that’s what they have for me. I wouldn’t be disappointed if that’s what it was. But you never know, we’ll see.” [H/T:PWMania]

WWE Hall of Famer Arn Anderson recalls how Tony Khan booked his son's AEW debut

Brock Anderson made his AEW debut in 2021. However, his run turned out to be underwhelming. The youngster left the Jacksonville-based promotion earlier this year. Arn Anderson has been pretty vocal about Brock's run in the promotion and stated that he needed more development.

In a recent conversation on Foundation Radio, Arn Anderson recalled how Tony Khan called him into his office to let him know about Brock's debut. Despite Khan's decision, Arn Anderson believed that Brock Anderson was not ready for television.

"I go in [to Khan's office] and he goes, 'We want to debut Brock tonight'. What do you say? 'No?' Are you kidding me? We already owe him for providing an alternative in the pro wrestling industry. What, am I gonna say 'No' to the guy?" said Arn Anderson. (H/T Wrestling Inc.)

Arn Anderson has made some appearances for Stamford-based promotion since leaving AEW earlier this year. It will be interesting to see if the company could sign Brock Anderson and use him on the NXT brand.
