Former WWE star seen on AEW TV after retirement announcement

A former WWE Superstar recently appeared on AEW TV for the first time since announcing her retirement from wrestling. The talent was seen in a vignette on the latest episode of Collision.

The former WWE star in question is none other than "Timeless" Toni Storm. She was part of the Stamford-based promotion from 2018 to 2021 before her AEW debut in 2022. The former Women's World Champion has been a top star in the promotion since her arrival. However, she has been missing from TV after losing her title at All In 2024.

Storm lost her AEW World Title to Mariah May at Wembley Stadium. She has been competing in Japan and Mexico since the defeat. Meanwhile, The Timeless One shockingly announced her retirement from wrestling recently, saying the Tony Khan-led promotion didn't need her. She further urged fans to enjoy Mariah May as their champion.

The 29-year-old appeared in a vignette on the latest episode of Collision, where she hyped up the match between Mariah May and Mina Shirakawa on Dynamite: Winter is Coming on Wednesday. This was Storm's first TV appearance since announcing her retirement.

Despite her retirement announcement, fans are still hopeful of seeing Storm back in action sooner rather than later. Only time will tell what's next for The Timeless One.
