Former WWE Superstar reacts to MVP's surprising AEW debut with a cryptic postÂ
A few days ago on AEW Dynamite, MVP made his surprise debut, as he appeared to confront Prince Nana. A certain former WWE Superstar had a brief reaction to him suddenly making an appearance. This would be Ricochet.
The former WWE veteran interrupted Nana who was giving an update on Swerve Strickland after the gruesome match with Hangman Adam Page at All Out. He was full of praise for Swerve but addressed his recent failures as well. He claimed that these were due to how he was being managed and he hinted at wanting to manage the former world champion instead.
Ricochet took to X/Twitter to react to Montel Vontavious Porter's arrival at AEW. He simply posted one emoji, which was the eyes wide open one. He may be hinting at having some vested interest in the former WWE Superstar's arrival.

Booker T recently gave his thoughts on MVP's AEW debut
With his WWE contract coming to an end last month, the former United States Champion has now found himself in AEW. For some time now, it has been hinted that the promotion wished to go after the former members of The Hurt Business and sign them to the company.
On his Hall of Fame podcast, Booker T reacted to the move. He praised the veteran for his work during the COVID-19 pandemic as at the time, he felt The Hurt Business was one of the biggest things in WWE.
He continued by mentioning how he liked his current role as a manager. He felt that he was one of the people in the business who thrived in similar roles, and even compared him to the likes of Paul Heyman in that regard.
"MVP is a guy who, during the pandemic, was one of the MVPs. He did some hell of a work during that time as well as with Bobby Lashley in The Hurt Business. He did some really, really good work. He really did. So, for me to have someone like MVP to be able to carry that mantle because he does it and he does it well, for that reason and that reason only, like a Paul Heyman," he said.
As of writing, it remains to be seen what changes MVP could bring to AEW. But it seems that as of now his first course of action is looking for some clients to manage. Apart from Swerve Strickland, he may look to offer his service to others, or possibly bring in a certain Hurt Syndicate to the promotion.
