"He can go somewhere else" - Ex-WWE star sheds light on MVP and Triple H allegedly not getting along (Exclusive)
Former WWE star EC3 has spoken about the controversial situation between MVP and Triple H. The Game is the Head of Creative of WWE.
MVP has been pretty vocal about his experience working under Triple H. The former United States Champion has taken huge shots at The Cerebral Assassin in comments on Instagram for not reuniting The Hurt Business. He even claimed that Triple H shot down the idea of the reunion in WWE.
In a recent chat on Sportskeeda’s Exclusive The Wrestling Outlaws podcast, EC3 reacted to MVP’s statement about how new management leads to different experiences for talents. He explained how MVP chose to leave the Triple H-led promotion and find work in AEW upon his poor treatment.
"I don't know any of the possible personal animosity or issues that they [Triple H & MVP] may have with each other, but I do know MVP is absolutely 100% correct that when new management takes over, it's good for some people. It's not so good for others. And sometimes being cognitive, aware of where you are with somebody or where you stand is the best gift you can have. Especially if you have the resume that MVP has and the ability that he has, he doesn't need to be there. He can go somewhere else, but that's what he's chosen to do. He's thriving in what he's doing." [1:31-2:06]
MVP signed with WWE in 2020
MVP made his surprising return to WWE at the 2020 Royal Rumble PPV. The veteran later signed a deal with the company and formed The Hurt Business faction with Bobby Lashley, Shelton Benjamin, and Cedric Alexander during the Pandemic Era.
However, the group was later broken up and the alliance of Lashley and MVP after the break up was also short-lived after he turned on The All Mighty to align with Omos. MVP departed from the promotion earlier this year and signed with AEW.
We will have to wait and see if The Hurt Syndicate wins some titles in All Elite Wrestling.
