House of Black creates history on AEW Collision
House of Black has been a dominating faction on AEW TV. They have now reached a major milestone.
Malakai Black, Brody King, & Buddy Matthews first came together in early 2022. Since then, the group has gone on to wreak havoc on the roster. They have overpowered many opponents and even previously held the AEW World Trios Championship.
Together, King, Black, & Matthews have been on a warpath in recent years. Although they haven't regained the AEW World Trios Championship in recent months, the group still continues its winning ways.
This week on AEW Collision, Malakai Black, Brody King, & Buddy Matthews faced off against Alpha Zo, Chris Nastyy, & Olumide. This was an easy night for Black and his crew who picked up the win. Following the match, Tony Schiavone announced that this win made The HOB the winningest trio in AEW history.
Brody King wants MVP to join House of Black in the future
The Malakai Black hasn't been shy of adding new members to The HOB over the years. They added Julia Hart to their ranks a few months after their inception. It looks like they might already have their eyes set on a potential new recruit.
During an exclusive interview with Sportskeeda Wrestling's Bill Apter, Brody King was asked if he would like to join MVP's faction. King replied that he's loyal to his group but he would be okay if MVP joined them in the future.
"You never know what's down the line in pro wrestling. You never say never. I think right now my loyalties lie with the House of Black. And [in] the future, maybe MVP joins the House of Black. You never know," Brody King said.
