Huge in-ring debut officially announced for AEW Full Gear 2024
Many stars made their debut in AEW this year, and with the company heading toward its next pay-per-view, Full Gear, a major star is set to debut at the event in New Jersey. This star recently signed with the promotion.
Big Boom AJ and Big Justice made a name for themselves on TikTok as The Costco Guys. The father-son duo gained a lot of traction on the platform for their entertaining videos, where they share food reviews from the warehouse chain Costco.
A.J. Befumo is a former professional wrestler who has worked on the independent scene since 2005. He struggled to gain traction on social media until his son Eric, aka Big Justice, joined him on a trip to Costco. This was the start of their run as Costco Guys. Due to their sudden increase in fame, they were invited to be part of the Zero Hour pre-show panel for All Out.
Following the show, AJ had signed a deal with Tony Khan's promotion. QT Marshall was also in the room during their signing and teased a future match with him. However, it looks like this bout is about to come true, as it was recently announced that Big Boom AJ would be making his All Elite Wrestling debut against Marshall on the Full Gear: Zero Hour show on November 23, 2024.
This will be QT Marshall's first televised match for AEW in 2024
Since QT Marshal re-signed with AEW, he has assumed a backstage role in the company and hasn't competed in many matches. In fact, he has not had any televised match for the promotion this year.
His last televised match took place on the August 19, 2023, episode of Rampage, when he defended the AAA Latin American Title against Gravity. After over a year, he will return to the ring for a televised match next month at AEW Full Gear.
It will be interesting to see if Big Boom AJ will be able to win his debut match for the Jacksonville-based promotion.
