"I don’t see her at all" - Top AEW star confirms she doesn't get along with Mercedes Mone

Mercedes Mone is one of the top stars in AEW. As a result, she has had backstage issues with some of the other female talent.

Mariah May is another top star in the women's division. She quickly rose to prominence after winning the Owen Hart Cup and then turning her back on Toni Storm. May defeated Storm at AEW All In to become the new Women's World Champion.

Given that she is the leader of the women's division, she is facing fierce competition from other women including Mercedes Mone who has previously teased going after Mariah May's title. The CEO also claimed that she wanted May to be a "Money Shop Girl."

During a recent interview on Niko Exxtra, Mariah May was asked about her relationship with the TBS Champion. The AEW Women's World Champion said that she doesn't have a relationship with The CEO since they don't share a locker room and hence, they don't see each other at all:

“I wouldn’t say we have anything to do with each other. We don’t share a locker room; I don’t see her at all. She tried to talk smack and say she wants me to be a ‘Money Shop Girl,’ but you know what? I will, because she needs the help.” [H/T: Ringside News]

Mariah May criticized Mercedes Mone's merchandise sales

Despite being a top heel in AEW, Mariah May is still one of the most popular stars on the roster due to her ability to work in the ring and on the mic. This puts her on par with some of the male wrestlers. Hence, it should come as no surprise that she is leading the pack in merchandise sales.

During the same interview, The AEW Women's World Champion confirmed that she is a top merchandise seller while The CEO is not. She also mentioned that her All In plaques which immediately sold out in five minutes while Mercedes was struggling with product sales.

“Guess what? I’m a top merch seller—she’s not. We released some All In plaques from all of our matches. Mine sold out in five minutes, and last time I checked, hers is still sitting there. Clearly, people want to forget about that match, and I don’t blame them. But keep talking smack—I’m the World Champion. You know where I’m at.” [H/T: Ringside News]

It looks like Mercedes Mone and Mariah May are headed towards a collision course soon.
