"I will leave you behind" - Hangman Page issues a warning to AEW Full Gear opponent 

Hangman Adam Page issued an ominous warning to his AEW Full Gear 2024 opponent on Fright Night Dynamite. The latter, Jay White, has been feuding with The Cowboy since his return earlier this month.

Adam Page spoke with Renee Paquette in a backstage interview on the October 30, 2024 edition of Dynamite. The former AEW World Champion talked about defeating Jay White in the 2024 Owen Hart Tournament, claiming accountability for injuring The Switchblade and for beating him despite having received an assist from Christian Cage.

Page acknowledged his singles record against White, as well as his loss to the latter at WrestleDream 2024. He voiced his awareness of the fact that the former IWGP World Heavyweight Champion will likely go after his compromised leg in their upcoming match at Full Gear 2024, and then wondered whether White knew what Page's strategy could be - whether he would hurt his Bang Bang Gang stable-mates, hurt his foot again, or even light his house on fire.

Page closed out the interview with a final eerie warning to King Switch:

"I can tell you one thing for sure, one thing that is certain, at the end of Full Gear, when, not if but when I beat you, I will stand over you, my hand raised, and leave you like I have left so many others who stood up in front of me. Hurt, with less than you had before. Jay White, I will leave you behind."

It remains to be seen whether Hangman Page or Switchblade Jay White will emerge victorious in their next battle at AEW Full Gear.
